Life is unpredictable. Sometimes, situations can arise where a person’s mental or physical capacities leave him or her no longer able make decisions. In those cases, daily decisions must be left in the hands of another trusted person.

In either case, a Power of Attorney document designates another person to handle the business, financial and legal affairs, either for a specific function or for overall day-to-day needs.
